FAQ site setup

Add products – there is a sample product which is saved in DRAFT mode for your convenience. You can follow through that setup or test it out on your own by choosing MY products – then ADD NEW using the top button

• Printable files – should be PDF – if you allow alterations, Word or Doc files.
• ZIP files for large or bundled items.
• Thumbnails – can be done by simple screen shot  Display format is 150 x 150 (so square pics are best)
• Clipart/Blacklines  – should be PNG or  EPS.
• Should confirm what format/page size item is printed in .
• Don’t know how or have the time can you help – YES see here
• What size can my files be that I upload – file size limit is 100MB if your files need to be larger you can contact us here
